Wind Turbine Tools provides in-house calibration and repair services for all major brands of torque wrenches, hand held digital multimeters, clamp on ampmeters  mega ohmmeters and pressure gauges up to 30000 psi.

 

Because of our exceptionally high standards for calibration and repair of torque wrenches, we have become the only factory authorized repair facility for Stahlwille torque tools in the United States and Canada. To receive this accreditation, our technicians have been thoroughly trained in Germany at the Stahlwille factory. Stahlwille will not allow anyone to acquire repair parts for their torque tools without having completed training courses at their factories. Our technicians have also received manufacturer provided technical hands on training from our three major suppliers of test measurement and diagnostic equipment.

 

Wind Turbine Tools is proud to announce that as of 1 December 2008, our calibration laboratory is internationally recognized as an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.  This accreditation provides a means to independently verify technical competence and the effectiveness of our quality system. We perform torque wrench calibration to ISO standard 6789/2003 edition.  We now have the capability to calibrate infra-red thermometers with the temperature range of -30 degrees Celsius to +500 degrees Celsius.
